A 9500 m² site with a usable height of 15 metres capable of containing over 11,000 pallets, with a dedicated team of 18 employees handling the 5000 articles listed in the catalogue of the two brands of the UFI FILTERS Group: UFI and SOFIMA.

These are the numbers behind the new warehouse for the Aftermarket Business Unit, implementing a logistics system that handles all picking, packaging and shipping functions for Europe and the rest of the world to respond to the needs of the Group's more than 500 clients.

For almost a decade, the Group's Aftermarket division has been using the services of the logistics company Sifte Berti SpA, which has now dedicated an even larger and more functional area of its Vercelli centre, in Northern Italy, to the storage, receipt and shipment of SOFIMA FILTER branded products destined for the independent spare parts market.

The new organisation of warehouse space will ensure an even faster and more efficient service, for optimised order processing and improved stock management.

This new logistics structure will mean that deliveries reach their destinations quicker, while the increased warehousing area will bring yet another improvement in the level of service quality.
